Shipping policy

BILLING

Initial transactions are authorizations and place the funds on hold. Final charges are made once the order has been updated and is shipped out. Before placing your order, please ensure all billing information is correct.

If you are unable to place your order, please reach out to us first before attempting it again.

PAYPAL

We accept PayPal - please utilize the PayPal Checkout option.

For security purposes, we require International First Time Buyers to complete their first couple of orders via PayPal Checkout.

VENMO

We accept Venmo - please use the Venmo Checkout option.

SHIPPING

Our primary shipping carrier is UPS.

  • Free UPS Ground shipping is available on orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at the actual calculated UPS rate, including UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.
  • Larger or heavier items, including Cowboy hats and heavy squishies, may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping is required, a separate payment link will be sent before the order is shipped.

Alaska & Hawaii: Free shipping does not apply. Shipping is charged at the actual UPS rate based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service.

Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories: Free shipping does not apply. Shipping is charged at the actual UPS rate based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and available shipping service.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited UPS shipping options are charged at the actual calculated rate. Available services may vary depending on the shipping address, package weight, and dimensions.

For expedited shipping, please select the shipping option you prefer at checkout, and also let us know in the comments when you need the order. This will allow us to reach out to you if there are any issues meeting your requested delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is currently available to Canada and eligible European Union destinations. Shipping charges are calculated using the actual UPS rate based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service.

Canada: Available UPS services may include UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, and UPS Worldwide Saver, depending on the shipping address and package details.

European Union: Eligible EU destinations are shipped using available UPS international services at the actual calculated rate. Cyprus is currently excluded.

Mexico: Direct shipping to Mexico is not currently offered through checkout. Mexico orders are typically handled through a U.S.-based cargo company. Customers using Cargo Delivery should enter their cargo company's Los Angeles address as the shipping address and select the available Cargo Delivery option at checkout.

We currently do not offer direct international shipping to Asia, Africa, Australia, or Antarctica. For destinations not listed above, please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping availability.

CUSTOMER PROVIDED LABELS

You can provide us with your own label (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), but please note we are not responsible for the delivery time for these carriers. If you would like to provide your own label, please leave a note on your order (under BUYER NOTES), so we can send over the weight and dimensions of your package.

PICK UP

You are always welcome to pick up your order at our showroom located in the Fashion District in Downtown LA. Please make sure to select Store Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours.

  • Our pickup address is 1100 S San Pedro St, Suite A6, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Please have your order number or order confirmation available upon arrival.
  • Please note that we do not guarantee your order will be ready for pickup the same day the order is placed.
  • Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.

CARGO DELIVERY

We offer FREE Cargo Delivery to eligible cargo locations within walking distance of our showroom. Please use the cargo company location as the shipping address and select Cargo Delivery at checkout when available.

  • Cargo Delivery is available to eligible cargo locations only. We do not deliver to storefronts.
  • Deliveries are done daily between 3:30 to 5:00 pm PST.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after an order has been delivered to the cargo location.
  • If your company is registered under a different name with the cargo company, please provide that name in your buyer notes.
  • DO NOT select UPS shipping if you would like your order delivered to a cargo location. Selecting UPS may result in your order being shipped via UPS and applicable shipping charges being applied.
